Dacromet hexagon bolts DIN912 is a kind of high-strength bolts, which adopts Dacromet surface treatment technology and has superb corrosion resistance. The strength grade of this bolt is 12.9, usually made of SCM435 alloy steel material, with a minimum tensile strength of 1220Mpa and a hardness of 39~44HRC.
Material: including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel (such as 304, 316, 316L, etc.) and other materials, the specific selection depends on the working environment and application requirements.
Grade: The product grade is divided into A grade and B grade, as well as different mechanical properties grade (such as 4.8 grade, 8.8 grade, 10.9 grade,A2-70, etc.), these grades reflect the tensile strength, yield strength and other mechanical properties of the bolt. Different grades are suitable for different load bearing requirements and working environments.
Advantage:
Superior corrosion resistance: Dacromet coatings provide more than 7-10 times the corrosion protection of conventional electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing or paint coating methods.
No hydrogen embrittlement: suitable for coating of stressed parts, especially for high strength bolts.
High heat resistance: heat resistance temperature can reach over 300℃, much higher than traditional galvanizing process.
Good permeability: able to penetrate into the deep holes, slits and other parts of the workpiece to form a protective layer.
Environmental protection: Dacromet coating does not produce environmentally polluting waste water and gas during the production process.
Scope of
application
Automobile industry: used for the connection of automobile chassis, engine and other parts.
Mechanical engineering: for the assembly of mechanical equipment, especially where corrosion resistance and high strength are required.
Chemical industry: used for the fixing of containers and equipments of chemical products to prevent chemical corrosion.
Construction industry: for the fixing of building structures, especially in coastal and other corrosive environments.
Aerospace: for joining critical structural components due to their high strength and heat resistance.
Dacromet bolts are widely used in various demanding environments due to their excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.
